Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to all services provided by Digital Service through digitalservice.space. By sending a request or paying a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide social media management services, including content creation, scheduling and publishing, community management, paid advertising management, reporting and profile optimisation. The exact scope of each project is defined in the quote we send you.

3. Quotes and orders

After you submit a request, we send you a quote by email. A quote is valid for 14 days. Your order is confirmed once you accept the quote and the payment is received.

4. Payment

• All payments are made through PayPal.
• Prices are shown in the quote, in the stated currency.
• Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each period.
• Work starts only after payment is received.

5. Advertising budget

Any budget spent on Meta, TikTok or other ad platforms is separate from our service fees. It is paid directly to the platform, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the materials we need (logo, photos, brand details).
• Give us the access needed to manage your accounts.
• Review and approve content within the agreed time.
• Make sure the content you send us does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Results

We work to improve your social media presence. Results such as followers, reach or sales depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results.

8. Intellectual property

Once a service is fully paid, you own the content we create for you during that service. We may show this work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your account access and business information confidential. We use it only to deliver our services.

10. Cancellation

You may stop a monthly service at any time by email before the next billing period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by social media platforms, such as account suspensions, policy changes or technical outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date of your payment.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. Any dispute will first be handled amicably by email.
